Sponsorships to MACRUC Meetings are available to organizations that are not subject to regulatory jurisdiction of a MACRUC member commission (a regulated entity) or to any entity affiliated with a regulated entity.

Sponsorship will be governed by the following guidelines:

• Sponsorship opportunities will be available for those interested.
• Sponsorship opportunities will be restricted to events/activities/functions of the Conference.
• There will be full disclosure of all sponsors and the corresponding event/activity /function sponsored.
• Activities/events sponsored will be open and available to all attendees.
• The Sponsorship program will detail acknowledgements.
• Sponsors will sign a contract agreeing to adhere to the sponsorship program

It is understood that MACRUC members shall comply with their respective statutory and regulatory obligations.
